Using the integration

These terms govern your use of the AI Prompt Genius MCP integration provided by AI Prompt Genius. By using the integration, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect an assistant, or disconnect existing clients from Account → AI connections.

You need an AI Prompt Genius account, valid Pro access, and cloud synchronization. Pro purchase terms are those shown at your original checkout; these integration terms do not replace those purchase terms or promise a particular price. Supported legacy Pro licenses may be used. An AI assistant subscription does not itself provide AI Prompt Genius Pro.

Your account and permissions

Keep your account credentials secure and connect only assistants you trust. You are responsible for the content you provide and the requests you authorize. Only use content that you have permission to store and process.

You choose read, edit, and delete permissions during authorization. Those permissions apply across your cloud library. Authorized changes can affect many prompts and folders and propagate to other synced devices. Review bulk changes and keep an export of important content. Disconnecting an assistant does not undo previous changes.

Your content

You retain your rights in your prompts and other content. You give AI Prompt Genius permission to store, transmit, and process that content as needed to provide the features you use, including returning it to assistants you authorize. See the AI connections privacy notice for details.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringe others’ rights, attempt to access another user’s library, bypass access controls or usage limits, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, or invalid Pro access.

Availability and third-party services

The integration is subject to service availability, supported client capabilities, and usage limits. Features may change as the service develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the correctness of an assistant’s suggestions. Check important results before relying on them.

Your AI assistant is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. AI Prompt Genius is not made by or endorsed by OpenAI. The integration does not process purchases or payments through AI tool calls.

Ending use and changes to these terms

You can stop using the integration, revoke connections, or delete your account using the app’s account controls. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date on this page. Changes apply prospectively. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
